Dear XXXX san,
While the largest earthquake happened during writing history era in Japan, I was in Tokyo area unfortunately outside of office. I needed to walk 25km on last Friday for 7 hours to home. I came office by bicycle today for 2 hours through river side cycling pavement. It is very fine today.
Everybody our colleagues and my family are all right. Our office in Kawasaki and my house in Komae city will face black-out in sequence. Komae is black out now and will be black-out gain during 6PM-10PM. The mobile phone is hardly accessible under the circumstances. Please ask translators to see TEPCO Home page if you want to know the black out further. The schedule is vulnerable and changes from time to time. Main roads are extraordinary crowded and car transportation is quite unreasonable considering black-out in the office.
Please see our home PC address and consider house phone. Both are commutable when black out is not applied.
I would express proudly the Japanese people were very calm and most of business people were walking on Friday. No one walking became in panic. The company may not become full-fledged office for week or so. Although our group will make reasonable efforts to respond your mails, however there is limitation of e-mail server receipt during black out. As we need to evacuate office before 1 hour of the black out schedule, this mail is last mail to you. If black-out come, it is not safe to take bicycle during night time.
